Pyman Pates have proudly sponsored City College catering student Ryan. Ryan performs a number of cooking demonstrations at the shows we attend. Through Pyman Pates has had the opportunity to cook with a number of famous chefs from around the Westcountry.

This experience is providing Ryan with the skills, knowledge and confidence to enable him to develop his career in the catering industry. We have entered Ryan into a number of local and national competitions - each time whilst being sponsored by Pyman Pates. Ryan has performed extremely well in 'South West Chef of the Year 08', 'ITV's Best British Dish' 'Flavourfest 08' and 'The Dish'.

Ryan is proving to be a very talented young chef and we have great hopes for his future. Once Ryan's training and work experience hav been completed we will look to continue the process with another up and coming young chef.
